The price shown is the total price unless you add any extras. If there is any offer of "Free additional driver" a green banner above the car photo is displayed with that text. Also: at the left hand side of the page is a "special offer filter", tick "Free additional driver" and results are shown based on the filter you ticked.

With pick up at Miami Airport? And re payment: will I be required to pay any other fees at pick up? And last question: does the car have navigation?

Yes, pick up is at Miami Airport. There are NO other fees. GPS you have to add as an extra just before the payment. You reserve it online but pay for it at rental desk on arrival.
