1. Local Renters

Local renters, please note this is an airport serving facility and does not rent to local renters. All customers must have a valid return itinerary to rent.

The rental agent does not rent to local renters and to qualify for the rental, you must have a valid return itinerary in order to rent. (The rental agent can ask to see the return air ticket)

2. Additonal Drivers

Additional drivers must meet all requirements of the primary driver and a 20 USD per day surcharge will apply per additional driver. Any amendments to the rental agreement must be made and signed for at the rental counter.

3. Age Requirements

The minimum age of the renter or any additional driver is 21 years and the maximum is 74 years with the exception. All renters must present a valid drivers license and major credit card in his or her own name. This must be the same credit card used to book or pay online.

Underage drivers: 21 to 24 years of age may drive the economy through to standard size cars and minivans. An underage fee of 27.00 USD per day applies.

4. Airport Pick Up Insurances

6. Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) eliminates the renter or any authorized drivers of financial responsibility for the rental vehicle in case of an accident as long as the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met. CDW is not insurance - it is a waiver of financial responsibility. If the terms of the rental agreement are violated by the renter or authorized driver, they will be responsible for up to the fair market value of the vehicle for any damage or loss of the rental vehicle regardless of fault and for loss of use and administrative fees and diminished value of the vehicle. Third parties and unauthorized drivers are not covered by CDW. The driver must obtain an accident report from the police or CDW will be void. Excluded from CDW are comprehensive losses such as fire, vandalism, flood, hail or acts of god. Off-road driving is not allowed, and negligent driving is in violation of the rental agreement. Underage drivers must present proof of their own full coverage auto policy in order to rent.

Please check with your insurance company for state coverage requirements.

The purchase of Collision damage waiver (CDW) is optional. Customers who do not purchase the CDW MUST provide proof of insurance which should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. This rule applies to all policies including CDW coverages purchased online. Collision damage wavier insurance can be purchased for $24.99 per day and limits renters responsibility to $2,000.00 as long as the terms of the rental agreement are not violated. The financial responsibility on Mid-size and Standard SUV’S (5 seater) is $3,000 and the financial responsibility on Full size SUV’s and Minivans is $3,500. In all cases limited financial responsibility is contingent on the fact that the terms of the rental agreement are not violated. Additional CDW options may be available at the time of rental. Customers should check with the rental agent. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) cost for pickup, panel and cargo trucks is $29.99 per day with a $2,000.00 responsibility as long as the terms of the rental agreement are not violated. If declining CDW/SLI, the renter must present proof of coverage with the dollar amount covered. When using credit card coverage or online insurance - proof must include name address and policy number of insurers. Renter is responsible for any third-party claims. Routes car rental maintains the right to refuse to rent if these requirements are not met. Refusal is at the discretion of the counter agent.

9. Optional Extras

Please note that prices for items not included in the rate are subject to change and are subject to availability. Charges are made at the local rental station may be subject to local surcharges.

Child seats are available upon request for 13.99 USD per day.

Navigational systems (GPS) are available for 6.99 USD a day.

All optional equipment are subject to availability at the time of the rental.

10. Fuel and Mileage Policy

The rental vehicle must be returned at the same level of fuel as rented. A 25.00 USD service charge plus fuel cost will apply if not returned at the same level. There is no credit for unused fuel.

Mileage:Mileage is capped at 200 miles per day, 1400 miles per week and 2500 miles per rental agreement. From the time of pickup, exceeding km allowance is charged at $0.20 USD per mile. Out of state travel fee of $8.99/day applies.

11. Travel Restrictions

Travel to Canada and Mexico not allowed.
